It talked about the overfishing of sharks, which led me to wonder about larger fish in the ocean.

This website seemed fairly reputable due to the link to this map. The map offers an access into viewing which species of fish are endangered due to overfishing or poisoning, and which are safe.

Most of the world's commercially important fish species are fished to capacity or depleted. Valuable fishes that once furnished the livelihood of fishermen worldwide are nearly gone, replaced by species of much lower commercial value.

This gives information on how fish benefit us, and mainly focuses on California's fish market.
